Manual hours per year = (frameworks × 260 hours) + (vendors × 7 hours) + (employees × 0.8 hours). The framework figure covers evidence collection, control reviews, and audit meetings for one framework for one year; the vendor figure covers one security review; the employee figure covers time spent answering evidence requests.
Hours saved = manual hours × 0.55 (the share of that work the platform takes over in this sample model). Cost saved = hours saved × $95, a blended hourly cost for compliance, engineering, and legal time.

One framework is one entry in the framework library — SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA each count once. Where two frameworks ask for the same control, the control is written once and mapped to both, so holding two frameworks does not double the evidence work.
One assessment covers one vendor for one review cycle: the security questionnaire, the document checks against the vendor register, and the renewal record. The plans include 25 assessments per year on Essentials, 150 on Professional, and no cap on Enterprise.
On Professional you pick from 2 regions at signup; on Enterprise, all regions are available. Essentials runs in the default region. The trust center lists the four regions used by this template's sample status data.
